We are seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor. He will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our control room, ensuring efficient and effective monitoring and response to various operational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving calls from site Security Officers and trouble shooting at site.
• Coordinating with Operations Officers in deployment of Security Officers at site.
• Coordinating with Guards Administration Department for new deployments.
• Managing control room logs and reporting to Operations for grievance redressal.
• Managing unscheduled transport requirements.
• Managing transport drivers on the new routes.
• Incident reporting and management at the client site.
• Receiving calls on Toll Free numbers and reporting to Operations on the issues.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in security service control room operations and or related field.
• GTS certified is a must.
• Knowledge of security protocol
• Proficiency in using control systems, monitoring tools, and computer software related to control room operations
• Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a 24/7 operation if required
