Looking for Bahraini male and female cooks for a care center.
Educational qualification: Secondary school certificate
Experience required: 2 years in food preparation and kitchen work and training courses in nutrition for the elderly, and special needs individuals.

Job duties and skills required

- Prepare all meals at the designated time.
- Cooking different foods (Arabic, European, sweets, salads, etc.).
- Participate in cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes.
- Preparing all hot and cold drinks and desserts.
- Inspect the health, safety, quantity and quality of food items received from the supplier.
- Adherence to personal hygiene guidelines, food hygiene, cleanliness of the place and equipment used, and following safety methods during work.
- Create and stick to the weekly menu.
- Maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Adhere to the nutritionist’s guidelines and instructions when cooking and distributing food to the elderly/disabled/children.
