We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our detergent manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling production costs, preparing accurate financial reports, and contributing to the financial efficiency of the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, record, and analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
Prepare cost reports and detailed cost analysis for management.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to production.
Conduct variance analysis to identify opportunities for cost-saving.
Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and finance teams.
Ensure accurate inventory valuation and monitor inventory movements.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate cost-related documentation.
Continuously improve cost accounting processes and financial controls.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
