Description

Experience: 8 to 10 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly food & beverage cost reports
• Monitor inventory control, stock variance, and wastage
• Conduct recipe costing and menu engineering
• Verify purchase prices, supplier invoices, and GRNs
• Control food cost, beverage cost, and operating expenses
• Coordinate with kitchen, stores, and finance teams
• Prepare MIS reports for management
• Assist in audits and compliance activities

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of hotel costing & inventory
• Experience with hotel accounting software (e.g., Material Control, IDS, SAP, Oracle – if applicable)
• Excellent Excel skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Good communication and coordination skills

Salary:
Negotiable – based on experience
