The Cost Accountant role is required for a food manufacturing sector based in the Western Region to prepare various cost factors in the manufacturing trade and related budget reports.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Secure and compiles cost based data and maintains archive concerning expenses.
• Analyses fixed costs such as salaries, rent, insurance, other costs with the government agenies
• Focus and records variable costs such as purchases of raw material, labor, and operation costs.
• Reviews, analyzes, and reports actual profit margins.
• Performs month-end and year-end closings with assistance.
• Provides product sample costs for Marketing and General Accounting.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills of Arabic.
• Thorough understanding of cost accounting procedures.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• At least two years of experience in cost accounting required.
• Only local candidates with fluency in Arabic. (Written and spoken)
• Age below 45 years.
• Saudi nationals
