Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Engineering Management or related fields.
More than 5 years of experience in budget management for large-scale construction or municipal projects, with experience in the Middle East preferred. Proficiency in English or Arabic is a plus.

Fully responsible for cost control and management of the company's engineering projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficient completion of the projects within the budget.

Develop and improve the project cost management system and processes, supervise the preparation of project budgets, cost accounting, and cost analysis.

Review project budgets, cost estimation reports, and cost breakdowns to ensure consistency with company financials and contract terms.

Track the cost consumption during project execution, conduct dynamic cost analysis, and provide optimization recommendations.

Evaluate and control contract costs with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the optimal balance between cost and quality.
