We are looking for a dedicated Cost Controller to join our team in a luxury restaurant in Riyadh.

Job Details:
Salary: Up to 8,000 SAR – 9,000 SAR (Final amount to be discussed during the interview)
Duty Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break (Total 9 hours)
Weekly Day-Off: 1 day

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing cost reports, variance analysis, and financial summaries using Foodics and other financial systems to support management decisions.

They work closely with restaurant managers and procurement teams to monitor food, labor, and operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
