Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and answer any questions about the menu.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) system to process orders and payments efficiently.
Assemble and package food and beverages for dine-in or takeaway according to company standards.
Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
Handle customer feedback or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a counter service or customer-facing role is preferred.
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
