Description
Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (Khobar/Dammam preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the Preplex CRM system efficiently.
Ensure accurate data entry, customer records management, and reporting.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead management and customer engagement.
Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and work on continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain client relationships through effective CRM usage.
Generate and analyze reports for management and business insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia in a CRM-related role.
Proficiency in Preplex CRM is a must.
Strong understanding of CRM best practices and customer lifecycle management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must have a valid and transferable Iqama.
Ready to join immediately.
Preferred Qualities:
Tech-savvy with good analytical skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Experience in customer support or sales coordination is a plus.
