What you'll be doing

Develop and generate CRM KPI reports to help stores meet goals on a monthly basis

Develop reporting on all activations and campaigns

Animate and follow up on the customer loyalty program

Generate CRM reporting and analysis needs; including the clients list extraction for the stores

Support the stores with the CRM tools as well as Chaumet’s clienteling tools

Support with the One to One and One to Many clients communication tools (e-mailings, e-catalogues etc.)

Work and follow up on the clienteling projects (clients gifting, event support, reporting etc.)

Forecast and budgeting of the yearly GWP plan

Coach the store team on customer relationship

Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing fields

HTML exposure is desirable

Fluency in Arabic & English languages

3-4 years of working experience in CRM
