Description

A leading construction and renovation company in Riyadh is looking for a creative and dynamic Female Social Media & Customer Care Specialist to join our team.

This is a flexible role (Remote / Work from Home) with occasional field visits to our project sites in Riyadh for content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Shoot high-quality photos and videos (Reels/TikTok style) of our ongoing construction, finishing, and renovation projects.

Social Media Management: Create, design, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms.

Customer Service: Respond promptly to all inquiries, comments, and messages on social media accounts.

Client Coordination: Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and coordinate project site visits with clients.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Arabic (Spoken and Written) as all our clients are Arabs.

Good command of English.

Strong skills in mobile photography, video shooting, and editing apps (CapCut, Canva, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with clients.

Located in Riyadh and able to visit project sites when required for filming.

Creative, organized, and able to work closely with management.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 1,000SAR to 3,000 SAR (Depending on experience and interview performance).

Work Type: Remote/Part-time with field flexibility
