Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relation Manager to manage client communication, service coordination, and follow-ups. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth maintenance scheduling, customer satisfaction, and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients for maintenance scheduling and appointment bookings
Follow up with customers regarding services, inquiries, and feedback
Handle collections and payment follow-ups professionally
Maintain accurate customer and service records
Liaise with internal service and technical teams to ensure timely execution

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of work experience in Bahrain
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in customer service, client handling, or service coordination
English communication required (Arabic is an advantage)
Immediate availability preferred
