Description
We are looking for a female candidate with strong communication skills to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. The role requires fluency in both English and Arabic, excellent email writing skills, and the ability to handle customer communication confidently, both over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up with clients
Attend client meetings when needed
Compose and respond to professional emails
Assist with customer service and relationship building
Requirements:
Female applicant
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Professional email writing skills
Presentable and confident personality
Willing to attend meetings outside the office
Saudi ID preferred (if not Saudi must speak Arabic as a native)
