Job Role:
Identify and reach out to potential students and clients
Promote and sell our training programs via phone, email & social media
Handle inquiries, explain course details, and provide excellent support
Collaborate with marketing, attend events/webinars, and maintain CRM records
Report on performance and gather feedback to improve offerings
Requirements:
Min. 1 year telesales or customer service experience
Fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Familiarity with Amazon/Shopify is a plus
Knowledge of KSA market is a bonus
Location: Dammam, KSA (No remote or work from home)
