Job Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries, convert leads into enrollments, and promote our e-commerce training programs in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training programs.
• Follow up on leads and close sales.
• Explain course details, pricing, schedules, and delivery methods clearly.
• Maintain lead and sales records in the CRM system.
• Assist enrolled students with basic support and guidance.
• Coordinate with the marketing and training teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or customer sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi.
• Experience in education or e-commerce training is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify is an advantage.
• Understanding of the Saudi customer market is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Salary
• SAR 2,000 (based on experience and performance)
