Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Arabic-speaking Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain customer records and update information in the system
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in retail or perfume/cosmetics industry
Familiarity with CRM systems
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
