Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
