Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer problems
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and maintaining records
Provide feedback to management on common issues and customer trends
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
