Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, live chat, and in-person interactions.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.

Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs efficiently.

Meet performance targets and maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM systems.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Previous customer service experience will be an advantage.
