Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.

Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the database.

Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.

Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.

Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.

Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
