We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our retail team in Dubai.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, handling complaints in a polite and efficient manner, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
The role also includes processing transactions at the counter, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in meeting customer needs.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
