Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from customers in a polite and efficient manner.
Assist customers with product information, orders, and service inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Must be currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.
