Description
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Proficiency: MS Office (Excel, Word) & CRM software.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
