Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Riyadh.
This position is open exclusively to Filipino, Indonesian, and Nepali nationals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed performance targets, including response time and resolution rates.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
Nationality:
Open only to Filipino, Indonesian, Indian or Nepali nationals.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Visa Status: Candidates must have a valid transferable Iqama (residency permit) for Saudi Arabia.
