Description

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for helping customers and a strong command of English and Urdu/Hindi communication.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving issues efficiently.

Job Description:

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or email
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers at all times
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate education
Pakistani or Indian nationality only
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer service experience is a plus

Offer:

Salary: 4500 SAR per month
