Description
We are seeking a multilingual Customer Support Representative to assist Tazahome customers with inquiries, basic technical support, and occasional driving duties (if required). The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Malayalam, and basic Arabic, with problem-solving skills to handle both customer service and minor tech-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Provide prompt resolutions for issues related to Tazahome’s services/products.
Escalate complex cases to the relevant team.
Basic Technical Support:
Assist customers with minor tech issues (e.g., app troubleshooting, account access, service setup).
Guide users through step-by-step solutions or direct them to advanced tech support if needed.
Multilingual Communication:
Handle interactions in English, Malayalam, and basic Arabic (written/spoken).
Translate or clarify information for customers as needed.
Driving Duties (Occasional):
Assist with local deliveries, pickups, or on-site customer visits if required (must have a valid driver’s license).
Documentation & Feedback:
Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions.
Share recurring issues with the team to improve service.
