Qualifications:

• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
o Master’s degree is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
o Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
o Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
o Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Professional Attributes:
o Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
o Well-rounded skill set combining technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills.
o Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills.
o Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
o Demonstrated success in managing projects or tasks independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
