Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems. If you have fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data into databases and company systems.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Review and correct data discrepancies or errors.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
Generate reports and perform basic data analysis as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Work closely with other departments to collect necessary data and support business operations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or data-related certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management systems.
Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
