Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to individuals or businesses with overdue payments. This involves using various communication methods like phone calls, letters, or emails.

Establish realistic and manageable repayment schedules, considering their financial circumstances.

Meticulously document all interactions with debtors, including payment arrangements, communication logs, and any discrepancies or complaints.

They must operate within the bounds of debt collection laws and regulations, treating debtors with respect and fairness.

Investigate and address customer complaints or discrepancies related to the debt, seeking amicable resolutions.

In situations where debtors are unresponsive or the debt is particularly complex, collectors may escalate the case to their supervisors or legal counsel.

They contribute to the development and implementation of effective debt collection strategies, aiming to maximize recovery rates.

Strive to build trust with debtors while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the collection process.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelors in any related field

Must have experience of doing collections with clients

Must have valid driving license

Well versed in English communication both oral and written
