A leading logistics services company in Riyadh is looking for an exceptional "Delivery Agents Supervisor & Operator" to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage delivery agents for order fulfillment via the Jahez app.
Supervise the performance of delivery agents.
Oversee shift scheduling and ensure agents adhere to designated working hours.
Monitor and regularly clear agents' wallet balances.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements among delivery agents.
Communicate effectively with agents to achieve operational goals.
Resolve agents' inquiries regarding orders or delivery issues.
Report malfunctions and maintenance needs.
Assist the team and respond to inquiries.
Train and onboard new delivery agents.
Bring more Captains to the team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics operations management.
Excellent leadership skills and team management capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing work requirements.
Strong negotiation skills.
