Ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders as per assigned routes and schedules.

Verify order details, check accuracy of items, and handle products with care to avoid damage.

Collect necessary documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, or digital confirmations.

Use company systems or handheld devices to update delivery status in real time.

Maintain professional communication with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.

Handle cash on delivery (COD) payments and reconcile them as per company policy.

Report delays, accidents, or delivery issues promptly to the supervisor.

Ensure compliance with traffic rules and safe driving practices at all times.

Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, lights, cleanliness) and report maintenance needs.

Assist warehouse/operations team with loading and unloading shipments when required.

Follow company guidelines on returns, exchanges, and failed delivery handling.

Support in achieving on-time delivery performance targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.
