Responsibilities:
Prepare and process delivery orders accurately and in a timely manner
Verify customer orders and ensure that all necessary details are included
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the correct items are packed and ready for dispatch
Communicate with drivers to schedule and confirm deliveries
Ensure that delivery documents, invoices, and packing lists are prepared correctly
Monitor the delivery process and provide updates to customers as needed
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to delivery orders
Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries
Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Basic computer skills and familiarity with order processing software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Previous experience in logistics or delivery operations is a plus but not required
