We are seeking an experienced, organised, and results-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily operational activities and workflows.
Coordinate staff, schedules, and operational assignments.
Monitor productivity, performance, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Coordinate with management and different departments.
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage resources effectively and control operational costs.
Support continuous improvement and team development.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in operations or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet operational targets.
