Summary:
The Director of Recreation will be responsible for overseeing and managing all recreational activities within the organization, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement recreational programs and activities for employees and guests.
- Manage a team of recreational staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure all recreational facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recreational programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in recreational management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols for recreational activities.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
