Description

We are looking to hire a qualified and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team.

Requirements:
• Must have a personal car for transportation to and from the office
• Good command of the English language
• Intermediate level of Arabic (reading and writing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Microsoft Excel:

• Preparing HR-related lists
• Managing material requests
• Handling petty cash details
• Formatting spreadsheets professionally
Microsoft Word:
• Preparing documents (closing reports, purchase orders), and material requests
• Creating payment certificates and certificates of completion (COC)
• Writing and formatting documents professionally
PDF Handling:
• Creating PDFs from Excel and Word files
• Editing PDF Files (text, images, etc.)
Printing:
• Printing from Excel, Word, and PDF etc
• Adjusting print settings, margins, and layouts
Email (Outlook):
• Composing professional emails
• Attaching and organizing documents
• Managing replies and “reply all”
• Taking backups of Outlook email data
• Attaching emails within emails
