Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Document Controller cum Salesman/ Saleswoman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize company documents and records.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
• Manage document filing and ensure proper version control.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding documentation.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller, Sales Coordinator, or Salesman.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
