Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage and maintain company documents. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update document management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Organize, categorize, and archive all incoming and outgoing documents.
Ensure documents comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Track document versions and maintain version control processes.
Assist in creating and formatting technical or operational documents.
Retrieve and provide documents to team members or external stakeholders as needed.
Conduct regular audits to ensure proper document storage and handling.
Support project teams with documentation requirements.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in document management is a plus.
Proven experience in document control or a similar role.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality standards.
