The Door Installer is responsible for the professional installation of interior and exterior doors at residential and commercial properties, ensuring precise fitting, alignment, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, prepare, and adjust openings for correct door installation.

Install various types of doors (hinged, sliding, folding, glass, metal, fire-rated, etc.) according to manufacturer guidelines and project specifications.

Ensure the correct fitting, alignment, and operation of installed doors.

Perform sealing, insulation, and finishing work around installed doors.

Identify and resolve installation issues on-site in cooperation with project managers or clients.

Use appropriate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow health, safety, and building regulations at all times.

Maintain clean and organized work areas and properly handle materials and waste.

Requirements:

Proven experience in door installation or carpentry.

Knowledge of different door systems and hardware.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and handling heavy doors.

Valid driving license (optional depending on project logistics).
