Looking for an experienced 3PL & Driver Sourcing Specialist to support our delivery operations in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the logistics, last-mile delivery, and 3PL industry, with an established network and the ability to source and onboard drivers as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and provide freelance delivery drivers based on operational requirements, we are currently doing food deliveries.
• Identify and coordinate with reliable 3PL companies to provide drivers and delivery capacity
• Build and maintain a strong network of drivers and 3PL partners
• Negotiate and coordinate rates, availability, and operational requirements with 3PL providers
• Ensure sufficient driver availability according to daily and upcoming delivery demand
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding driver requirements
• Support driver onboarding and ensure required documents and information are collected
• Maintain relationships with existing drivers and logistics partners

Requirements:

• Good experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or 3PL operations in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi delivery market
• Existing network of freelance drivers and/or 3PL companies is required
• Proven ability to source drivers and delivery capacity
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work according to operational requirements and meet driver-sourcing targets
