We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic E-Commerce Executive professionals who pride themselves in online content management and provide creative solutions to manage web traffic.

As an E-Commerce Executive you are responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commerce, with a primary focus on creating engaging social media content, including photography, videography, and graphic design. The role includes producing photos and videos for digital platforms, providing on-ground photography and videography coverage during key events and activations, and developing visual assets aligned with brand guidelines. In addition, the position supports online content management, identifies digital marketing opportunities, assists in managing SEO and website traffic for the Rotana website, and contributes to the day-to-day operations of the Marketing & Communications department and related duties, such as:

Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to promote the brand and engage with the audience.
Design creative and brand-compliant visual assets for digital and print platforms, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, and event materials, in line with brand guidelines.
Assist the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commercein developing and increasing traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels that will improve the overall revenue for the property and other key financial and customer matrix.
Assist the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commercein evaluating the performance of our branded website and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the hotel on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings and keeping the website up to date
Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the property on all Social Media tools to maximize the online exposure of the property.
Develop the e-newsletters and any other online advertising mediums pertaining to the property in addition to handling its presence on partners’ e-newsletters.
Ensure the property’s content (photography & descriptions) in all online channels remain accurate and brand compliant.
Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotel’s descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.
Load and update content (photography & descriptions) for the property on all online channels in consultation with the Director of Marketing & Communications.
Monitor and assess the property’s reviews on online portals and ensure that official feedback from the hotel is in place whenever necessary.
Assist in identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.
Assist in evaluating the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors.
Assist the Director of Marketing & Communications in monitoring and implementing the full year Online Marketing and advertising plan.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences

 

Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, including hotel websites and booking engines
Proficient in social media content creation and management (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Advanced skills in photography and videography, including composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling
Experience in event photography and videography, covering hotel activations, F&B events, and corporate functions
Proficient in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent)
Solid graphic design skills for digital and print assets (social media creatives, banners, posters, menus, EDMs)
Understanding of SEO, website content management, and web traffic analytics
Ability to plan, shoot, and edit content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Good communication and collaboration skills with marketing, F&B, events, and operations teams

Proven portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and digital content
Hands-on experience with hotel marketing systems (CMS, booking engines, analytics tools) is an advantage
Knowledge of brand standards and corporate marketing guidelines
Familiarity with paid digital campaigns and online performance tracking is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including events, weekends, and evenings when required
