We are looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Growth Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing and scaling online sales across multiple platforms including Shopify, Salla, Amazon, Noon, and strong expertise in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales across Shopify, Salla, Amazon, Noon, and other platforms.

Create and optimize product listings, collections, and storefront designs.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).

Improve conversion rates, increase ROAS, and reduce cost per acquisition.

Analyze store performance, traffic, and customer behavior to drive growth.

Coordinate with creative team for lifestyle images, videos, and ad creatives.

Manage social media content, campaigns, and strategies to increase engagement.

Lead promotions, discount strategies, and seasonal campaigns.

Handle marketplace policies, seller dashboards, and performance metrics.

Oversee logistic operations, returns, and order fulfillment flow.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and marketplace management.

Strong experience in Shopify, Salla, Amazon Seller Central.

Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

Ability to analyze data and make growth-driven decisions.

Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).

Strong communication & leadership skills.

Can work independently and handle fast-paced commercial environments.

Salary: 4,000 – 6000 SAR
