We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher who has a background in Montessori education and a strong understanding of working with children with autism.

The ideal candidate will create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that meets the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Montessori principles in daily activities and lesson planning.
Develop and adapt educational materials for children with varying abilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to support each child’s development.
Observe and assess students’ progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Attend professional development workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Montessori certification is required.
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and knowledge of special needs education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
