Job Summary

The Electrical Foreman/Supervisor is responsible for supervising and executing all cable tray installation activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, client requirements, and safety standards. The role ensures quality workmanship, productivity, and timely completion of electrical installation works.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation of cable trays, cable ladders, cable baskets, trunking, and supports.
Read and interpret electrical layouts, IFC drawings, shop drawings, and single-line diagrams.
Coordinate daily work activities with engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and construction teams.
Ensure correct routing, alignment, spacing, and leveling of cable tray systems.
Supervise fabrication and installation of tray supports, brackets, and hangers.
Monitor installation of:
GI Cable Trays
HDG Cable Trays
Aluminum Cable Trays
Stainless Steel Cable Trays
FRP Cable Trays
Cable Ladder Systems
Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
Verify material availability before starting work.
Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams to avoid clashes.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE requirements.
Monitor manpower productivity and prepare daily progress reports.
Inspect completed work before QA/QC inspection.
Coordinate punch list clearance.
Ensure housekeeping and safe working practices.
