Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical installation work on solar projects (Rooftop/Ground Mounted)

Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes

Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors on-site

Monitor project schedules and provide daily progress reports

Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the solar power sector

Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and electrical schematics

Proven team leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
