Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling a variety of electrical and plumbing tasks, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency electrical and plumbing repairs
• Install and maintain lighting fixtures, electrical panels, water systems, and sanitary fittings
• Inspect and diagnose issues with wiring, pipes, drainage systems, etc.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain records of repairs and service requests
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience more than 2 years, as both an electrician and plumber
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and technical manuals
• Can speak. read and write English
