ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Assemble components, subassemblies and systems, including soldering, wiring, and securing of parts.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures for product assembly.
Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Report any product defects or manufacturing issues promptly to the supervisor.
Keep thorough records of production processes and assist in inventory management.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Trade certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electronic Production
Proven experience as an electronic assembler or in a similar role in manufacturing.
Familiarity with electronic components and assembly tools and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
Dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to follow all safety and ESD guidelines.
