This is a commission-only role, offering one of the highest commission structures in the market. Ideal for driven professionals who are looking to maximize their earnings and grow their real estate career.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle property listings, client inquiries, and site visits
• Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes
• Negotiate deals and close transactions
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Stay up to date with local market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (Bahrain market preferred)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid driving license and own vehicle
• Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused
