Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with 7+ years of experience to provide high-level support to our senior executive.

The ideal candidate will handle complex schedules, communications, and confidential tasks, ensuring smooth operations in the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

Report to the MD
Handle phone calls, correspondence, and confidential matters
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Daily independent correspondence and reminders
Diary management and day-to-day admin tasks
Coordinate with Legal Manager for pending matters
Handle rental/lease agreements
Manage recruitment, HR-related tasks, and staff records
Arrange office supplies, stationery, and printing jobs
Prepare and track purchase orders
Collect and analyze financial statements, prepare reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred)
7+ years of experience in an executive support role
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Discretion in handling sensitive information
