Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize executives' Emails, calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Prepare meeting materials and take minutes of meeting during executive meetings.
• Filter and prioritize incoming communications and correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies and equipment.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as directed.
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative position.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong understanding of office management and basic accounting knowledge.
• Exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
