Description
We are urgently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager of the company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support to the GM
• Manage schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements
• Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Maintain confidential files and records
• Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the GM
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
• Experience working in a corporate or multinational
